We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who will work side-by-side with our sales and systems teams to turn data into lasting business impact.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define, plan, and deliver projects that focus on A/B testing to confirm results and guide decisions.
- Build both immediate action plans and long-term strategies that keep the business ready to scale as it grows.
- Extract and analyze data using SQL, then translate findings into clear insights with tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerBI before presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
What you'll bring
- Several years of experience in business operations or a similar analytical role, with proven strength in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Strong project-management skills that let you structure complex problems, set clear scopes, and keep initiatives on track.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication, along with the ability to learn new subjects quickly and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
We offer a base salary between $105,000 and $115,000. Additional benefits include a 10 percent performance bonus paid semi-annually, comprehensive health coverage, equity incentive plan, 401k plan, unlimited PTO, a monthly lunch stipend, and an annual professional-development stipend. The role is hybrid and open to candidates located anywhere.
