We help builders navigate the complex landscape of permitting, licensing, and project management to accelerate the development of housing, clean energy, and essential infrastructure. With over 90 million dollars in funding from partners like Accel and Kleiner Perkins, we are scaling rapidly to solve one of the most significant information challenges in the economy. We are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Based in New York City, you will work directly with our leadership to solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that shape the future of our business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to scope, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth.
- Transform complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable operational plans and repeatable processes.
- Design and maintain data-driven dashboards and analyses to provide visibility and guide key business decisions.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a strategy-focused role at a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable insights.
- A player-coach mindset that balances high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Ability to work from our New York City office on a hybrid schedule, specifically three days per week.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across sales, product, and operations teams.
