About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager - Engineering to join us on a full-time basis. In this mid-level role, you will act as a key partner to our engineering leadership, helping to refine our operational framework and drive technical excellence across our organization. You will be instrumental in ensuring our engineering teams remain efficient, productive, and aligned with our mission to democratize wealth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with engineering leadership to manage budgets, team structure, and cross-functional special projects.
• Facilitate the implementation of our quarterly OKR and prioritization processes to ensure full alignment and accountability.
• Design and launch new programs or initiatives aimed at improving team productivity, employee engagement, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 3 years of experience working within technology companies or consulting firms.
• A proven track record of working closely with executive leadership in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, as you will be the primary link between our engineering leaders and various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• A demonstrated passion for the fintech industry and a flexible, collaborative approach to project management.

Location

This position is based in Germany and requires an on-site presence.
