What you'll be doing

• You will partner with our engineering leadership to refine our operational framework and ensure our teams run efficiently.
• You will oversee the budget and structure of cross-functional projects, focusing on areas like team productivity, technology tracking, and employee engagement.
• You will manage the implementation of our quarterly OKR and prioritization processes to keep our engineering department aligned and accountable.

What you'll bring

• You have at least 3 years of experience working within technology companies or consulting firms.
• You possess a background in collaborating with executive leadership teams in fast-growing organizations.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• You have excellent communication skills, as your ability to connect with our engineering leaders is vital to your success.
• You are fluent in English and have a genuine passion for the fintech industry.
