What you bring

As a Junior Business Operations Associate, you will join our remote team to support strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis and business intelligence. You will work closely with our sales, finance, and operations departments to refine our processes and drive growth. This is a full-time position available to candidates anywhere, focusing on the following core responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive market analysis and competitive evaluations to inform our go-to-market strategies.
• Developing pricing models, rate cards, and promotional strategies for our advertising products.
• Gathering and synthesizing data from internal systems to provide actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a strong ownership mindset and a genuine interest in business management. You should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, along with up to three years of professional experience. A high level of proficiency in English is required, as is a strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup culture and is comfortable working independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
