Role at a glance
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This mid-level role requires approximately 24 months of relevant experience and is open to candidates located anywhere. You will report directly to the VP of Business Operations, acting as a versatile partner across our Product, Engineering, GTM, People, and Finance teams to help steer our hyper-growth trajectory.
Your impact
- Drive strategic planning by managing our goal-setting processes, defining OKRs, and conducting research to provide leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure organizational clarity by managing internal information flow, facilitating company-wide meetings, and building content for our offsites.
- Champion operational excellence by refining our internal operating systems, optimizing our use of Notion as a single source of truth, and implementing process improvements that streamline knowledge sharing.
What you'll need
- Three to six years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or startup operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to guide business decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a desire to integrate them into our daily workflows.
- Proficiency with macOS and comfort working in a remote-first environment using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
For US-based employees, the cash compensation range for this position is $109,000 - $125,000. Please note that final offers are determined by factors such as geographic location, expertise, and experience, and ranges may vary for candidates outside of the US.
