Role at a glance

We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Foster City. This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for a mid-level professional who is eager to optimize our internal systems and drive meaningful firmwide initiatives.

Your impact

• You will spearhead high-impact projects by utilizing our current technology stack and identifying new systems to improve our operations.
• You will serve as a bridge between our operations and client service teams, using data-driven insights to streamline workflows and boost overall efficiency.
• You will take ownership of our code bases and develop recurring reports to monitor data flow, ensuring our processes remain agile and accurate.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a curious problem solver with a no task is too small mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least two years of professional experience in a software engineering capacity.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript, paired with strong data management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• A bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to project management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with UX/UI design or full-stack development is considered a significant plus.

Perks and compensation

The total compensation range for this position, which includes both base salary and bonus, is $90,000 to $125,000, based on your specific skills and experience.
