The role
We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position designed for emerging professionals or recent graduates with at least one year of experience who are eager to drive operational excellence. Core responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist our operations and strategy teams by coordinating key initiatives and preparing high-level reports and presentations for executive decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, document standard operating procedures, and implement solutions that increase team productivity and project throughput.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators and project timelines, conducting root cause analysis to provide the insights necessary for maintaining our growth and efficiency.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical rigor and strong communication skills. We value candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, environmental studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business operations, energy, or related sectors gained through internships or professional roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a preference for experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and a proven capacity to translate data into meaningful insights.
- An interest in sustainability and clean energy is highly valued, and an engineering background is considered a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
