Business Line Manager at Preligens

At Preligens we turn massive streams of satellite imagery, infrared, electromagnetic, and open-source data into clear, actionable intelligence for security professionals around the world. Founded in 2016 by two French aerospace engineers, we now employ more than 250 people-two-thirds of them in R&D-and deliver AI-powered analysis tools that help detect unusual activity at strategic sites. We are looking for an experienced leader to guide the product line that has defined our company since day one.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Line Manager on a full-time basis. In this hybrid position you will report to the Vice President of Product and lead the team responsible for our flagship satellite-imagery analysis solutions, shaping product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy while coordinating closely with AI engineers, geospatial experts, and software developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build deep market understanding through customer conversations, desk research, and participation in trade shows, then translate those insights into a compelling product vision and prioritized roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, run regular internal events to share strategy, gather feedback, and keep everyone aligned on priorities and quality goals.
• Act as the company’s recognized ambassador for the imagery-intelligence line, representing Preligens to key clients and prospects while also managing, coaching, and developing the direct team members who deliver the product.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience, including prior leadership as a business-unit head, Head of Product, consultant, solutions architect, or product manager in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated people-management experience and strong organizational skills paired with an analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize complex information for both written and oral communication.
• Professional fluency in French and English; willingness and eligibility to obtain a French defense security clearance.

Location

The role is based in France and follows a hybrid work model.
