The role
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will serve as a core member of our Customer Insight Data pod, acting as a full-stack analytics owner who partners directly with our Go-To-Market and Customer Growth teams to deliver data-driven insights that shape our business strategy.
Core responsibilities
- Act as the primary data expert for our Go-To-Market team by developing actionable insights that directly influence our bottom-line performance.
- Utilize SQL and DBT to extract, standardize, and transform complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence.
- Design and maintain sophisticated Tableau visualizations and narratives to effectively communicate data-driven stories to our stakeholders.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a data or analytics function.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for deep data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, with familiarity in GitHub and DBT being a significant advantage.
- Extensive experience with Tableau for building compelling data visualizations.
- Proven ability to develop and deploy predictive analytics models while collaborating closely with Machine Learning and Data Engineering teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
