About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist for a Full Time position. In this role, you will work alongside our data engineers and various domain experts to bridge the gap between people and data. You will be instrumental in helping our teams, including finance, operations, audit, recruitment, billing, and planning, make strategic, fact-based decisions by developing advanced BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business processes and system logic into robust data models.
- Develop and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Write clear, efficient SQL code to transform data models into meaningful information.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for someone who can:
- Integrate quickly into new teams to understand internal processes and identify specific information needs.
- Communicate effectively with both technical data engineers and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Take ownership of projects and lead the enhancement of our internal BI capabilities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and a passion for connecting people with technology.
- Work independently while remaining a strong team player who is comfortable challenging existing decisions.
