The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will serve as a vital link between our domain experts and data engineers, helping to advance our data-driven culture. This position requires someone who can take ownership of our BI capabilities and guide colleagues while working independently to solve complex information challenges.

Core responsibilities

• Translate complex business processes and system logic into robust data models.
• Develop and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for teams like finance, operations, and recruitment.
• Write and optimize SQL code to transform raw data into understandable information that supports our company strategy.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in SQL and Tableau, with a strong background in data integration and dashboard design. We value candidates who can quickly immerse themselves in new team environments to analyze information needs and communicate effectively with both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders. You should be comfortable managing your own work, taking the lead on projects, and challenging our existing processes to help us improve.
