Codeway is looking for a Business Intelligence & Monetization Specialist to join our team in Istanbul on a full-time, on-site basis. Since our founding in 2020, we have grown into a thriving tech company home to over 150 curious minds. We specialize in creating mobile games and applications that have reached more than 100 million users across 160 countries. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is passionate about using data to drive strategy and optimize revenue for our global product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to oversee monetization tests and ensure they are executed seamlessly.
- Use Looker as your primary tool to translate complex datasets into actionable insights, utilizing LookML to manage and interpret data.
- Partner with cross-functional groups to refine LTV prediction processes, using historical data to forecast the success of our marketing efforts.
Requirements
We are looking for a mid-level professional who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a technical background. You should be a fast learner who is comfortable exploring new concepts independently and solving problems with creativity. Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in English, as you will be reading, writing, and speaking in this language daily.
- Experience with BigQuery and Looker for deep, ad-hoc analysis and debugging.
- A scientific approach to research, with the ability to understand and apply state-of-the-art algorithms.
- A proactive attitude toward ownership, where you are ready to take the wheel on projects and drive them toward excellence.
- Strong communication skills and an openness to constructive feedback.
