About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Monetization Specialist to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role where you will act as a key player in our data-driven initiatives. You will work at the intersection of product, finance, and marketing to optimize our revenue streams and enhance the performance of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to oversee and execute monetization-related tests across our mobile applications.
• Use Looker as your primary business intelligence tool to translate complex datasets into actionable insights using LookML.
• Partner with product teams to forecast marketing returns and support LTV prediction processes using historical data.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong analytical mindset and a technical background. We value candidates who are fast learners, creative problem solvers, and capable of working independently. You should have a scientific approach to your work, including the ability to research and develop state-of-the-art algorithms. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as is a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of your projects and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.

Location

This position is based on-site at our office in Istanbul, Turkey, located right next to the Levent Metro Station.
