Business Intelligence Engineer at Kafene

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us translate complex data into actionable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust ETL processes using Python and SQL to support our data infrastructure.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our core technology stack, including Snowflake, DBT, and various AWS services.
• Manage and expand our internal data warehouse and datamarts while collaborating with stakeholders in Risk, Sales, and Marketing to resolve data defects and drive cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data engineering or business intelligence.
• Strong technical proficiency in AWS, SQL, Python, and the development of BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to present findings and work effectively across different departments.
• A high level of organization and a meticulous approach to documentation and project management.
