Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid, with four to five days a week onsite at our Irvine headquarters and the flexibility to work from anywhere the rest of the time.
Your impact
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to pinpoint the metrics that matter, then translate those needs into clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
- Design and run experiments-including A/B tests-to uncover trends that shape product direction and business strategy.
- Build and maintain sophisticated, enterprise-grade visualizations in Sigma Computing and Tableau that make complex data easy for everyone to understand and act on.
What you'll need
You bring at least four years of hands-on business-intelligence experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced SQL skills are second nature, and you’re an expert at crafting complex dashboards in Tableau while also being comfortable in Sigma Computing and Snowflake. You understand data-management best practices, think critically under pressure, and communicate findings so that technical and non-technical teammates alike can run with them. A background in fintech is a plus, but your ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment matters most.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $90k - $130k+ (depending on experience).
