Role at a glance
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site in India. You will play a critical role in organizing and reporting complex data to help our stakeholders make informed, high-impact business decisions.
Your impact
- Build and maintain high-performance analytical systems by leveraging Python and SQL to manage complex ETL processes across both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Design and deploy comprehensive dashboards that communicate key metrics, ensuring that our product and operations teams have the insights they need to drive strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and recommend product features that enhance overall functionality and user experience.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Deep technical expertise in SQL and Python programming.
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
- A solid foundation in data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical techniques like clustering, linear regression, and decision trees.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English.
