Key outcomes

• Design, construct, and maintain scalable data pipelines that serve both internal and external requirements.
• Automate and refine data workflows to increase operational efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Create and manage Tableau dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights for business operations.
• Execute a long-term self-service strategy that empowers stakeholders to generate their own reports.
• Partner with engineering teams to establish robust processes for managing data across various production applications.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, and operational teams to translate their data needs into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence engineering, data engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience working with healthcare data, such as clinical or claims information.
• Strong technical experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside both technical and non-technical team members.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like FHIR or HL7.
• Practical experience working with Salesforce.
