What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be a key part of our Data Services and Business Intelligence team, where you will help organize and improve the data systems that drive our decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Managing data integration and transformation processes across our various platforms.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure our reporting solutions are both scalable and accurate.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has 1 to 3 years of experience in data, analytics, or a BI-focused role and is eager to grow within a fast-paced startup environment. You should possess strong technical proficiency in SQL and have experience working with relational databases. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in data modeling and data visualization tools, as well as basic experience with Python for scripting or data transformation. Because we work cross-functionally, excellent communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable collaborating with others, capable of balancing immediate project needs with long-term scalability, and fluent in English.
