Over the past five years, we have scaled to more than 100 employees and secured 47 million dollars in total funding, including a 27 million dollar Series B round led by Craft Ventures. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our fully remote team. Key outcomes
- Collect, clean, and categorize data from a wide variety of sources.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, identify patterns, and perform detailed error analysis.
- Design and implement algorithms and models that predict future trends and behaviors.
- Develop clear visual representations of data to provide actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations effectively to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across internal teams to integrate data-driven insights into our broader business strategies.
- Build and maintain stable, scalable data flows that connect production systems to end-user applications and reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant data-focused role.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- At least 2 years of experience working with DBT.
- Proven expertise in data modeling and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with training or fine-tuning large datasets.
- Strong critical thinking skills paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and a humble, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- The flexibility to adapt to various project types based on the evolving needs of the company.
