We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and convert them into clear, functional requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert regarding clinical workflows and medical coding methodologies.
Refine and optimize our current reporting suite to enhance both data accuracy and the effectiveness of our visualizations.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in healthcare data analytics, health informatics, or financial forecasting.
Advanced proficiency in analyzing large datasets, specifically involving medical, pharmacy, provider, and eligibility claims data at the code level.
Solid understanding of cloud database architecture, enterprise data warehouses, and data lakes.
Strong technical skills in SQL, with additional experience in Python or R being a significant advantage.
Expertise in BI visualization tools, with a preference for Tableau or Power BI.
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, or Health Informatics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.

What we offer

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
