About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a vital position where you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions. You will work within a collaborative environment to enhance our data analytics and visualization capabilities, directly impacting how we grow and innovate within the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using industry-standard tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Architect and deploy reliable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure our analytics are both accurate and timely.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, data-driven solutions that improve operations and the customer experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in data-driven environments and a passion for continuous improvement. We look for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to design ETL processes and robust data pipelines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-technical team members.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal English skills for our remote-first environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Google Cloud Platform, scripting languages like Python, or knowledge of predictive modeling.
Location
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
