About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a vital position where you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions. You will work within a collaborative environment to enhance our data analytics and visualization capabilities, directly impacting how we grow and innovate within the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using industry-standard tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Architect and deploy reliable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure our analytics are both accurate and timely.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, data-driven solutions that improve operations and the customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in data-driven environments and a passion for continuous improvement. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven ability to design ETL processes and robust data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to non-technical team members.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal English skills for our remote-first environment.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Google Cloud Platform, scripting languages like Python, or knowledge of predictive modeling.

Compensation and Benefits
