What is this role?
We are hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team works primarily remotely, with occasional in-person meetings at the office.
What will you do?
- Design and develop data models, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines that turn raw data into reliable, scalable resources for reporting and analytics.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker so teams across the company can make faster, better decisions.
- Explore and integrate generative AI technologies, including models like GPT-4, to speed up insight generation and deliver more actionable recommendations to our clients.
What makes you a great fit?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field and bring at least five years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data engineering. You write advanced SQL, have solid experience with data modeling and ETL development, and feel confident building and optimizing data warehouses on platforms such as Redshift or Snowflake. You are comfortable working with cloud environments like AWS and GCP, and you have used BI tools to turn complex datasets into clear visuals. Familiarity with advertising technology or advanced TV helps you understand our domain quickly. You are curious about generative AI and large language models, and you enjoy experimenting with new ways to surface insights. Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and proven leadership skills round out your profile. Because we collaborate with U.S.-based teams, you are fluent in English and available to work 11 am – 8 pm EEST.
