Business Intelligence Developer at Arine

Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company based in San Francisco that uses advanced data science and machine learning to improve medication management and patient outcomes. We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our remote team and help us build the data solutions that drive our mission to make healthcare safer and more effective.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI systems, including the integration of complex databases and data warehouses.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
• Build and maintain robust data models to ensure a single source of truth for metrics across the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to turn business needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain existing BI solutions and provide training to users to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Create and manage technical documentation while working within an Agile framework.
• Stay current with emerging trends in data analytics and visualization to continuously enhance our capabilities.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role.
• Expertise in SQL and a strong command of database management and data modeling.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Access to a private, secure work area and a stable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete mandatory HIPAA and information security training.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000.
