What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our South Portland office, though there is potential for remote work two days per week. You will play a key role in providing advanced data analysis and reporting to ensure our organizational goals are supported by data-driven insights.

What will you do?

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint to assist our leadership team in meeting strategic objectives.
• Improve organizational efficiency by implementing data automation and utilizing advanced analytics techniques.
• Manage and troubleshoot our core banking system and integrated platforms, while coordinating testing for new releases and product upgrades.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence analysis. We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications. You should be highly proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and have a proven ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. Because this role requires working from our South Portland office, you must be able to travel independently to our various branches throughout Southern Maine as needed.
