The role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who thrives in a remote setting. You will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our entire organization, reporting directly to the SVP of Product and Design. Your work will bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable executive insights, helping us refine our product strategy and support our customers.

Core responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data ingestion, ETL processes, and the creation of high-impact visualizations using Tableau.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define our BI strategy and build a self-serve analytics platform that empowers the entire company.
• Translate complex business questions into clear, data-backed insights that inform our strategic direction and drive operational improvements.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in data analytics and a passion for problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a BI or Data Analyst within a SaaS environment.
• Technical proficiency with Tableau and ETL tools, alongside a demonstrated ability to build self-serve BI solutions.
• A sharp eye for data visualization, with the ability to design high-quality visuals that communicate complex information effectively.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to structure executive-level presentations that tell a compelling story.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive approach to identifying trends and solving business challenges independently.
