We are looking for a sharp, curious Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team and help us continue our mission of helping shoppers discover new favorites.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position designed for someone who thrives on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. While our home base is in Chicago, this is a remote role open to candidates living anywhere within the continental United States, though you should expect occasional travel to our office.
Your impact
- Design and maintain high-impact dashboards and reports that empower our business units to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Partner directly with stakeholders to translate their unique needs into robust data solutions and clear reporting strategies.
- Champion data integrity across our systems and lead training sessions to help your colleagues become more confident in interpreting data.
What you'll need
- Three to five years of experience in a BI analyst role or a similar capacity.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and a solid grasp of data modeling concepts like star schemas and semantic layers.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight. Please be prepared to share a sample of your work, such as a dashboard or report.
- A bachelor’s degree in a field like Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and lead educational workshops for non-technical users.
