The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our GTM team. In this role, you will act as a vital partner to our Revenue, Partnership, and GTM Operations teams. You will serve as a full-stack analytics owner, helping us turn raw data into clear, actionable insights that shape our pipeline strategy and drive business growth. By developing self-serve data systems and advanced analytics capabilities, you will empower teams across the entire company to make faster, more informed decisions.
A day in the life
- You will act as the primary data expert for our GTM team, translating complex information into insights that directly impact our bottom line.
- You will take ownership of our company-wide Tableau enablement, ensuring that teams have the tools and training they need to access the data that matters most.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with our Machine Learning and Data Engineering teams to build, transform, and analyze data using SQL and DBT.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with a background in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience in a data or analytics role. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and possess the following skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Data Modeling, with bonus points for familiarity with DBT and Github.
- Expertise in Tableau for creating compelling data visualizations and narratives.
- Experience developing predictive analytics models and working alongside engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
