With a team of more than 440 people across several European countries, we are growing rapidly and looking for a Business Implementation Manager to join us in Prague. This is a chance to bridge the gap between local market needs and our international product teams, ensuring our embedded finance solutions deliver real impact.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the full product configuration lifecycle for the Czech market, which includes adjusting setups for pricing, regulatory changes, and marketing campaigns.
- You will act as the primary link between local business requirements and our global Product and Technology teams, defining specific needs and performing business testing before new releases.
- You will manage day-to-day operations for our consumer lending and Buy Now, Pay Later portfolio while maintaining essential documentation like customer contracts and notifications.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in Product Operations, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
- A strong understanding of consumer lending and Buy Now, Pay Later products, including the full lifecycle from origination to repayment.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with data, including basic SQL proficiency or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Czech, allowing you to translate complex technical or legal concepts for various stakeholders.
- A self-starting attitude with a high level of ownership and the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams.
