We are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Growth Director to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere in the world.
Key outcomes
- Identify and explore new market niches and expansion opportunities to drive business growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and unit economics analysis to ensure the profitability of new products.
- Develop and validate robust business cases for entering new markets or launching product verticals.
- Design and execute effective Go-to-Market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with system integrators and resellers to strengthen our market presence.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation and development to growth and optimization.
- Oversee marketing and sales initiatives, including performance analytics and strategic planning.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales function, including team recruitment, KPI design, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a product-based IT company.
- A proven track record of launching and scaling at least two IT products through their full lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in at least two market entry initiatives or regional expansions.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and unit economics analysis.
- Strong expertise in building partnerships with strategic allies and managing operational frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate to advanced level (C1 or higher).
