Tessan is a French startup dedicated to eliminating medical deserts through innovative telemedicine solutions. We have successfully deployed over 1,600 units across France in less than six years, and our mission is to ensure that every person can access a doctor within 15 minutes of their home. We are now embarking on a major strategic expansion into the United States. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our founding U.S. team and play a vital role in our operational and commercial launch across our initial pilot states.

Key outcomes

  • Identify and engage with independent pharmacies, regional groups, and local healthcare stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate our solutions and build relationships directly within pharmacies.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via phone and email to qualify leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • Lead impactful product demonstrations and manage negotiations through to the signing of pilot agreements.
  • Adapt our sales messaging and marketing collateral to resonate with the American healthcare market.
  • Support local growth initiatives, including digital marketing and event coordination.
  • Contribute to market research and assist in structuring our long-term expansion strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our clinical, technological, and institutional partners.

Requirements

  • You must be a national of a European Economic Area member state.
  • You must be between 18 and 29 years old.
  • You must have never previously completed a VIE or VIA assignment.
  • You must have already initiated the formal VIE registration process.
  • You are fully bilingual in both French and English.
  • You possess a strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • You have experience or a strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
  • You demonstrate resilience, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You have a genuine interest in the healthcare and telemedicine sectors.
