We are looking for a detail oriented and customer focused Business Development Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales operations from within the organization, serving as a key point of contact for clients, managing internal processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
What you'll do as our Business Development Support Executive
- Order Processing: Handle the entire order process from quote to delivery, including order entry, tracking, and documentation.
- Customer Support: Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products, services, quotes, and orders.
- Sales support: Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records in Afas and prepare regular sales reports.
- Internal Collaboration: with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and support the sales team in expanding our customer base.
- After-Sales Service: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business.

- Initial 12 month contract.

What you'll bring to the team
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- A client-focused, professional, and independent work approach.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Afas experience strongly preferred.
- Energetic, eager to learn, and enthusiastic.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to grow.
