What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will be the driving force behind new business customer sales by identifying and cultivating key partnerships. You will leverage your expertise in cloud technology, marketing, and strategic thinking to expand our reach and impact.

  • Identify and lead new business opportunities with partners to generate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as a primary advisor for partner management, delegating responsibilities effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Coach sales managers and customer-facing staff on maximizing development opportunities through existing partner relationships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, with at least 3 years specifically in the government technology sector. We prefer candidates who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information while thriving in a fast-paced, disruptive environment. Proficiency in English is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You should be detail-oriented and capable of interpreting data to drive actionable business results.
