As a Business Development Representative for our EMEA region, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients. You will manage inbound leads, execute strategic outbound campaigns, and work alongside our Regional Sales Managers to build a robust pipeline. What you'll be doing
- You will generate and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA region through proactive outreach, including email, phone, social media, and event engagement.
- You will manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns with speed and precision, ensuring every prospect receives a high-quality, personalized experience.
- You will maintain accurate records of your activity and pipeline data within Salesforce, ensuring that all interactions are tracked to support forecasting and performance optimization.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a background that reflects your ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining meaningful connections. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 24 months of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR capacity, ideally within the B2B SaaS or hospitality technology sectors.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Apollo or HubSpot.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the confidence to engage senior-level decision-makers.
- A strong desire to leverage AI-driven tools to enhance your prospecting efficiency and messaging.
