The opportunity
We are searching for a motivated Business Development Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our potential partners. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our outreach is effective and aligned with our broader company goals. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the chance to make a tangible difference while driving our market presence forward.
A day in the life
- You will actively prospect for new clients and initiate contact to build a healthy sales pipeline, utilizing social selling techniques on platforms like LinkedIn to foster professional relationships.
- You will conduct deep market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, track competitor activities, and uncover new growth opportunities for our services.
- You will monitor key performance indicators and report on your progress to ensure we are meeting our strategic revenue targets and organizational goals.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with a background in sales or business development and a genuine desire to support our mission. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and possess the resilience needed to handle cold outreach with a positive attitude. Your toolkit includes:
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening to help prospects articulate their needs.
- Strong analytical abilities and a highly organized approach to managing your time.
- Fluency in English.
- A coachable mindset and a proactive drive to learn new strategies.
