We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. Luxclusif is a technology-driven global platform established in 2013, and we have been a proud part of Farfetch since 2021. We are dedicated to transforming the luxury industry by providing high-end, pre-owned fashion to customers worldwide. By utilizing advanced data-driven solutions, we manage everything from logistics and quality control to technology integrations, ensuring a premium experience for retailers and brands alike. You will be based in our vibrant office near Porto, Portugal, working in a hybrid capacity as part of a team that values mutual success and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with key industry players and markets through proactive outreach, including cold calling and emailing.
- Manage and update our CRM system while building and tracking essential business KPIs.
- Refine onboarding processes for new stakeholders and assist with contract negotiations to ensure smooth transitions for our partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a field like International Business, Marketing, or Management. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or technology sectors. You must be fluent in English, and proficiency in French or German is considered a significant asset. Strong analytical skills and technical comfort with Excel and CRM software are essential.
