What you bring

As a Business Development Representative, you will act as a vital link between our marketing and sales organizations. This mid-level, full-time role is based in Hungary and operates on a hybrid schedule. You will focus on driving growth through strategic outreach and lead qualification, utilizing your expertise in SaaS, Salesforce, and CRM systems. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of proactive outbound prospecting calls to identify and acquire new customers.
  • Conducting thorough account research and developing introductory messaging to penetrate key lines of business.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to determine effective campaign tactics and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong business acumen and the ability to articulate the value of our AI solutions to C-level executives. You should have at least two years of experience in a B2B business development or SDR role and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish is essential for this position. The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated, enthusiastic about sales, and highly skilled in networking via phone and email. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is required, and familiarity with the MEDDICC sales methodology is considered a significant plus.
