We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our Kitchener office, where you will help us drive growth by connecting with the education and corporate sectors. Our talent acquisition team reviews every application personally, and we are excited to see what you can bring to our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in outbound calling campaigns and follow up on inquiries to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our unique value proposition to effectively communicate our solutions and create a clear vision for prospective clients.
  • Manage and update your sales pipeline within our CRM tools while utilizing AI-powered technology to streamline outreach and lead research.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in building a career in sales within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting professional relationships.
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort using modern technology, including AI tools for prospecting, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Previous experience in the eLearning, education, or high-tech software sectors is considered an asset.

What we offer

The base salary range for this position is $32,000 to $45,000 CAD, with final compensation determined based on your specific skills, education, and experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to support your professional and personal well-being:
