With a team of over 250 experts across the USA and Canada, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our remote, full-time team and help us drive our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through creative outbound prospecting, strategic email campaigns, and industry events.
- Qualify incoming leads and conduct cold outreach to map and penetrate key accounts, ensuring a steady pipeline for our Account Executives.
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, then share those insights with our marketing and product teams to improve our overall sales strategy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in sales development.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in crafting persuasive email copy and high-converting outreach sequences.
- A tenacious, hunter mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growing startup.
- A genuine desire to build a career in sales and a track record of being motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
