You will join our Dublin team in a hybrid capacity, working from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
What you'll be doing
- Own outbound prospecting by identifying high-potential accounts with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and 6Sense, then building targeted sequences that move Vanta up-market.
- Run multi-channel outreach campaigns, refine messaging, handle objections with confidence and book qualified meetings for account executives while keeping every activity accurately logged.
- Continuously improve the outbound engine by spotting process gaps, testing new approaches and representing Vanta’s value proposition with professionalism and technical clarity.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS sales role that focused on generating pipeline.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and 6Sense, or a clear willingness to master these tools quickly.
- Fluency in English, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to create repeatable processes in a fast-growing environment.
- Empathy for prospects, excellent problem-solving skills and the enthusiasm to make a visible impact early in your career.
- Readiness to work hybrid hours, commuting to the Dublin office three days each week.
