We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who is eager to grow within a high-performing sales academy while helping us expand our footprint in the enterprise technology market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our growth by executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns to connect with potential customers.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends and prospective accounts to identify and qualify high-quality leads for our senior sales team.
  • Manage and close SMB opportunities within your assigned territory while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong track record in outbound sales or business development, specifically within the enterprise software or technology sectors. We look for candidates who possess a growth mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to navigate complex accounts at the executive level. You must have exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, along with the ability to present effectively and negotiate with confidence. A history of exceeding quotas and a persistent, results-oriented approach are essential. Additionally, you must be prepared to travel internationally for company events up to twice a year.
