At Paperless Parts, we are a dynamic SaaS startup dedicated to helping manufacturers accelerate their quoting processes and secure more business. From the production of medical devices to advanced aerospace components, our software powers the parts that move the world forward. We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our go-to-market team at our headquarters in Boston. Please note that this position requires you to work on-site at our Boston office five days a week, and because our work involves activities subject to U.S. Export Control Laws, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder to qualify.
Key outcomes
- Execute multichannel outbound prospecting strategies using telephone, email, and social media platforms.
- Leverage industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to manage and document your sales activities.
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive research to build a robust pipeline.
- Nurture inbound leads and collaborate with Account Executives to convert target accounts into long-term customers.
- Support our marketing initiatives by driving prospect attendance at webinars and in-person events.
- Consistently meet or exceed established weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
- Contribute to our company-wide social impact and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate actively in strategic weekly meetings to refine our go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- A strong desire to build a long-term career in sales.
- Demonstrated experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- A proven ability to influence others and create urgency in a professional setting.
- Fluency in English.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the technology sector, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
