We’re Ethena, the compliance platform helping modern teams turn required training into something people actually enjoy. Our tools support companies like Zendesk, Pinterest, Figma, and Notion, and our recent Series B funding round has us expanding fast. We’re now looking for two full-time Business Development Representatives to join our Marketing team in a fully remote role open to candidates across approved U.S. locations.
Responsibilities
- Design and run multi-channel outbound programs that combine calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, and events to create qualified opportunities for both our Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Craft attention-grabbing messaging and creative concepts, then continuously test and refine them through A/B experiments to improve response rates and open new conversations.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to align on target accounts, follow up on inbound leads, and prepare account research that supports meetings and referrals.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach, whether gained as a BDR or SDR or through related roles such as Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency with outreach and sales tools including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and HubSpot, plus comfort using AI-assisted workflows for research and copywriting.
- Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to messaging that stands out in crowded inboxes.
- Ability to leverage advisor and investor networks for warm introductions and to turn customer advocacy into new business opportunities.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments and a track record of successful cold calling are both highly valued.
