The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Spain. This is a full-time, junior-level position where you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of B2B sales. You will work closely with our Account Executives and our Co-Founder to drive growth, manage key prospect relationships, and help us scale our impact. It is a unique chance to learn from a multinational team while contributing directly to our success.

A day in the life

  • You will focus on lead generation by identifying key decision-makers and reaching out through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email follow-ups to schedule product demos.
  • You will manage our CRM system to keep all contact information, interaction history, and deal progress accurate and up to date.
  • You will collaborate with our senior sales team to refine our value proposition and support client meetings until deals are successfully closed.

Who you are

You are an enthusiastic communicator who is passionate about building a career in sales. You thrive when working independently but also enjoy the energy of a collaborative team environment. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:

  • Native or highly proficient English skills, with any additional languages considered a bonus.
  • Previous experience with cold calling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A self-motivated mindset with a genuine interest in AI technology and B2B marketing.
