YOUR TASKS – This is what you'll do with us:

  • Market Expertise: Develop a sound understanding of our products/services, the target market, and the competitive landscape.

  • Identification of New Business Opportunities: You are a sales professional who identifies new business opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Build initial, strong relationships with selected potential customers to understand their business requirements and pain points and establish long-term contact.

  • Proactive Customer Approach: Conduct lead generation activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and market research to generate qualified leads.

  • Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective qualification of prospects and handover to the Sales Team.

  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately document all sales activities and customer data in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and drive business success.

  • You bring several years of professional experience in Business Development, Solution Sales, or Consulting within a digital/technical B2B environment, ideally in a Cloud-Native Enterprise environment.

  • You are a true tech enthusiast and are excited about the Cloud Native and AI ecosystem as well as its immense potential.

  • Others enjoy working with you because you are a conscientious and reliable person.

  • You demonstrate skill in building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers to promote joint initiatives and drive shared business goals.

  • You enrich this role through your exceptional communication skills, your adaptability to different cultures, and your hands-on mentality.

  • You possess very well written and spoken English skills.
