We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our remote team and help us expand our impact within the cloud and AI ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings, the competitive landscape, and our target markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
- Build and nurture initial relationships with prospective clients to uncover their business needs and pain points.
- Execute proactive lead generation strategies, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and thorough market research.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring smooth handovers to the broader sales team.
- Keep our CRM system, such as HubSpot, updated with accurate customer data and activity logs.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales departments to refine lead generation tactics and achieve shared objectives.
Must-haves
- Several years of professional experience in Business Development, Solution Sales, or Consulting within a technical B2B environment, preferably with a focus on cloud-native enterprise solutions.
- A genuine passion for the Cloud Native and AI ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusting, long-term relationships with customers.
- A proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments.
- Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
