The opportunity
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our sales organization by acting as the bridge between our potential customers and our solutions. This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and ensuring that our pipeline remains healthy and active. A day in the life
- You will spend your time researching and building target prospect lists to execute a thoughtful, account-based outreach strategy.
- You will engage with prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to demonstrate the unique value of our platform.
- You will manage the lead qualification process, ensuring that all interactions are accurately tracked in our CRM and that qualified leads are seamlessly handed off to our account leaders.
Who you are
We are looking for a self-starter who takes genuine pride in ownership and problem-solving. You should be highly organized and focused on achieving results. Because this role involves frequent communication, you must be personable and comfortable leading conversations with prospective customers. You should have a strong command of the English language and a genuine interest in the employee engagement sector. Experience with outbound sales, lead qualification, and CRM tools will help you hit the ground running.
