The role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Malaysia. This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for a junior-level professional who is eager to launch their career in sales. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value of our platform.

Core responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through a mix of inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound campaigns via phone and email.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential leads using digital resources and business directories to build and maintain a high-quality target list.
  • Manage and update our Hubspot CRM database to ensure all prospective client information is accurate and actionable.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in SaaS and the hospitality sector. We value candidates who possess the following:

  • Proficiency in English for clear and professional communication.
  • A foundational understanding of lead generation strategies and sales processes.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.
  • The ability to effectively educate clients on industry trends and demonstrate the value of our software solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
