What is this role?
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to make a high impact on our sales success. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building relationships with potential customers, playing a key role in our ongoing expansion.
What will you do?
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including calls, emails, and social outreach, to connect with key decision-makers.
- Design and manage personalized campaigns using tools like Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to engage prospects.
- Analyze your outreach and conversations using Gong to refine your messaging and continuously improve your effectiveness.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a motivated communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and organize your own workflow effectively.
- An interest in B2B SaaS or technology solutions, which will help you tailor your messaging to specific industry verticals.
