What you bring
As a Junior Business Development Representative in a full-time capacity, you will serve as the first point of contact for our prospective customers. You will play a vital role in our growth by identifying new opportunities and positioning our Pentest as a Service offering. This position is based in Texas. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other digital channels to qualify leads.
- Utilizing modern sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with key decision-makers.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives to organize pipelines and refine our outreach strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is naturally curious and eager to become an expert in the offensive security space. You should possess a competitive spirit and the resilience to handle objections with grace. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset. You must be comfortable thinking on your feet and demonstrating empathy to build trust with prospects. Proficiency with sales technology is essential, and you should be ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can motivate both yourself and your teammates.
What we offer
