What is this role?
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in New York City. This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for a junior-level professional eager to help shape our sales strategy. You will be at the forefront of our growth, introducing companies to our cloud-based data analytics platform and building a robust pipeline of potential customers.
What will you do?
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by engaging in meaningful conversations with prospective customers to determine if our solutions are a strong fit for their needs.
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social channels to generate interest and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Educate prospects on the value of MotherDuck by articulating technical concepts clearly and maintaining accurate records of your interactions within our CRM.

- Technical aptitude and a desire to learn about Cloud technologies and Data Analytics.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams, including Marketing and Product.
- Experience using CRM software to manage outreach and track progress.
